How can I place an international order?
Placing an international order with us is super easy. Visit our website www.virgio.ae and just add the product(s) of your choice to cart and choose from the available payment options. Our international shipping is currently limited to the UAE, but we’re working hard to deliver to more countries soon. Please note that we accept returns only on international orders.
Can I place the order from your APP?
I know how excited you are about our APP, but for now, you can place international orders only through the website.
How will I know if my order was placed successfully?
Once your order has been placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please don’t forget to check your spam and move us to your inbox so you don’t miss important updates from us :)
Is there a minimum order value for international orders?
Absolutely not! We’re happy to deliver any order, big or small. Note that there would be a minimal shipping fee of AED 19 if the order is less than AED 199.
